So it’s great to be able to share the happy news about the impending celebrity marriage of Saboi Imboela and Owas Ray Mwape.

We all know, ‘love makes the world go round’, but as we always say, it’s important to love yourself as well.
This month’s issue of Beauty Zambia is also one that brings out the best in the aspects of many different people’s lives.
Nineteen-year-old Chiposwa Ngoyi’s humdrum life was transformed overnight last month when she was chosen to represent Zambia in the Nokia Face of Africa competition. Find out about the nation’s latest star In our profile of her on page 12.
Not everyone has the figure of an international catwalk model, however, but that doesn’t mean they’re not beautiful. To prove it we took three larger than life friends and turned them into glamorous fashion models, proud to show that ‘big is beautiful’.
All that women power, and it was International Women’s Day last month, so we went along to a special Diva’s Night show of the country’s top women musicians, featured in our celebrity photo gallery on page 17.
And talking of celebrities, there was yet more glamour with the Lusaka screening of the Hollywood Oscars award ceremony.

I think you expand more on stories on stars and individuals. K5,000 is fine but we need more info please. I’m sure you can do better than 31 pages, like up to 60 pages.

Being in a relationship is another life which is like a lemon friut. You have to break through the bitter skin in order to reach that juice. It takes a couple of days to get used to the taste, and as soon as you start enjoying it, it squirts you in the eyes! That’s love....
Now the question is, why do men cheat? Why do they suddenly change after being so nice? The ‘I will call you’ slogan they have after a date or a night out. They never make that call.
At times we wonder what goes on in a man’s head. I will tell you a few things that can help you; things that I have learnt in my journery of love. I am dating this guy and we have been through ups and downs, but we always get back together happy again.
Things that should tell you girls that the relationship you are in isn’t going to last:
You keep waiting for him to change
Mistake number one. Yes it’s true that no one is perfect, but you have to know that men change at there own time. If you think that once he has committed himself to you for a long time then he will change so you two can be happy together, he is not a man for you.
You don’t feel beautiful when you are with him
If he is really there to stay in your life, he can still love you even on a bad-hair day but when you make an effort to look good and he doesn’t even seem to notice you and you always don’t feel that beautiful, think twice girlfriend he will never make those compliments ever again.
He doesn’t make you laugh
I have seen this because every time I have a difference with my man, at the end of it all we laugh together and become more intimate. Did you know that laughing together can be as intimate as sex? A man who laughs with you is a man whom you can trust to share your life with; if he doesn’t make you laugh or giggle, it’s pretty clear he is not a man for you.
He doesn’t mention a shared future
If he doesn’t mention about how happy you two are going to be in future as you continue dating, then ask yourself where the relationship is taking you. He is not ready for a committed relationship; he is wasting your precious time, just move on or you will end up hurting.
You don’t share your opinions
You are always scared to lose him, eventhough you know he has done something wrong; you keep it to yourself; you keep your opinions of your relationship to yourself or he puts you opinions down. You just move on; no talking about God with him; no talking about where the relationship is going. Think twice: you will never be heard. So girlfriends, you are not the chasers. We have to be chased, identify a lasting relationship. If you feel he is the one, then at least he must be a man who:
Remembers details that make you happy;
You catch him looking at you with affection when he doesn’t know that you can see him;
Surprises you with small gifts for no reason;
Sends you those emails and rings jusy to say hello and hear how you are
Admits when he is wrong and says sorry, then you move on.
