ISSUE: q406 01/11/2006 The Zambia Institute of Marketing conducted another in-house customer service workshop for 40 Zambia Wildlife Authority middle managers drawn from all over the country from 10th October 10 to 12, 2006 at Roma Lodge in Lusaka. Officially closing the event, Zambia Wildlife Authority commercial services director Stephen Mushinge commended the institute for once again being at the service of ZAWA for in-house training for their members of staff and advised that ZAWA would organise another customer service training session for senior managers at their head office to be conducted by the institute. ZIM second vice-president Mwabashike Nkulukusa thanked ZAWA management for exhibiting confidence in the competence of the institute in the provision of marketing training and advised that ZIM would always be at their disposal in all areas of marketing training and education.
